Matti Barthel Wall Art

Matti works as a research technician at ETH Zurich, travelling frequently to the Democratic Republic of Congo for scientific expeditions. He dedicates his pictures to Jean-Louis Kambale Mutsomani, a Virunga National Park ranger, who was killed during an attack by armed groups near Rumangabo village almost exactly two years after guiding their scientific mission up to Mt. Nyiragongo.
